			Bio-One did an excellent job cleaning up my in-laws apartment after a death. They are very Nic people who helped the family at a difficult time when they didn't know where to turn. The in-laws had been hoarding and hiding it from us - we couldn't even move in the unit. Bio-One cleaned out all the trash and disinfected so that we could have an estate sale for the rest. The customer should be sure to take before and after photos of the affected areas if you plan to file an insurance claim as your insurance company will want a full explanation of what was done.

			With COVID-19 and increased rat presence, while we do have a rodent control contractor, but the rats became relentless with waste all over our patio   Bio One was very responsive, coming in less than 24 hours and extremely thorough, cleaning the waste and disinfecting everything from the patio tiles, artificial grass, patio furniture and more.
