			We recently needed to clear and clean a condo that had been subjected to a couple of decades' worth of clutter and neglect. In order to accommodate the occupant, we needed to be able to break the task down into two or more sessions rather than address it all at once. After vetting multiple companies we hired BioOne. Tony, the owner, worked with us on a plan and estimate that allowed us to efficiently tackle the worst issues in two full days. The crew--Chad, Jermaine, Quinn, and Mason--worked hard and accomplished a great deal in terms of removal, grouping remaining items, and initial cleaning. When we mentioned to Tony that some of the planned deep cleaning had not been completed due to time constraints, he arranged to send a cleaning crew out on Day 3. Shannon and LaKeisha did excellent work and left the place in a condition that exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the services we received from BioOne and felt they were professional, responsive, efficient, and frankly delivered a better value than other companies we priced for the job. We would recommend them to anyone in the DMV who needs to address a severely cluttered property.

Tony Holloman is the Co-Owner of Bio-One of DC. Tony served his country in the United States Air Force, As a F-16 Mechanic and TAC-P which is an Air Force Special forces unit. Tony graduated from DeVry University with a degree in Computer Engineering, Tony worked for United States Capitol Police for 15 year before retiring on September 16, 2016, While there Tony had the privilege to work on Dennis Hastert, Nancy Pelosi And Hillary Clinton’s Dignitary Protection Details. Tony now enjoys being a Part of the Bio-One Family, that Helps and provide a wide range of services to people in need during unexpected tragedies in life. Tony is also thankful and grateful for Bio-One because it allows him to spend more time with his five Beautiful daughters which are his motivation in life. Torrie Holloman is the Co-Owner of Bio-One of DC. She is originally from Ocala, Florida and has dedicated over 20 years of proficient service to the sensitive field of healthcare. She attained a BSN in nursing from Florida State University, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Florida International University, and is a doctoral candidate at Barry University. Torrie has immersed herself to passionately facilitate best outcomes and quality care to the demanding area of South Florida where she also served as a Professor of Nursing at Miami-Dade College. She has a strong passion for providing service to her community and upholds an extensive level of professionalism and expertise that extends beyond simply providing a service.

I called Bio-One on a Sunday to inquire about having a bathroom that had extensive sewage contamination from a toilet backup that was discovered weeks later. Tony was extremely responsive and professional assuring me that Bio-One could handle the job. Tony was even willing to try and schedule the job the same day, however I ended up opting to schedule the appointment on a subsequent day. Tony called me the next day on Monday to see if I was able to have the job done later that day. I agreed. Tony promptly confirmed the name of the technician and his time of arrival. Jermaine, the technician was prompt, professional and his work was thorough. He came in and tackled the job working diligently until the affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. While I hope I won’t need this kind of service again, Bio-One is without questions a top notch operation when it comes to hazardous clean up. Five stars for Bio-One.

Bio 247 LLC D/B/A Bio-One DC - 10/2021 - 5 star +++ service and rating! Bio-One is a firm specializing in extreme cleanup services. They helped us deal with a family member’s home that had level 4 hoarding and extreme infestation by cockroaches and some mice. We had initially used another firm that was recommended to us, specializing in trash and junk removal. After they removed some items, they found they were unwilling/unable to complete the job in this hoarding situation. My wife did some research and located Bio-One, a locally owned firm in DC that specializes in hoarding cleanout. We spoke with Tony Holloman, a co-owner at Bio-One DC who conducted a review of the property and recommended what we needed to do. Tony is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, respectful and understanding with the mental issues driving people to hoarding. We hired Tony and his firm right away and they were able conduct the clean-out and clean-up almost immediately upon our schedule. Tony and his crew and Bio-One clearly are experts in their field, were able to completely clean out, disinfect and fumigate the entire residence and stayed until the job was completed. The work was amazing and the entire house was sparkling clean! The work was professionally conducted, Tony and his team of experts were respectful of the residents and very easy to work with. The results were beyond our expectation – and all done at a fair, reasonable price. Yes. Bio-One of DC offers a regularly-scheduled maintenance program where Bio-One of DC return to the residence or property after the initial cleanup and perform follow up services to ensure that it remains in the state it was when we completed the job.

Do I Have To Get A Maid Service After You Are Done To Clean The Property?

Yes. While the original hoarding cleanup will result in the removal of all necessary/requested items, the hoarding residence will still be in need of a thorough and detailed cleaning, due to the effects caused by the original hoarding situation.
